You invited everyone. You shouldn't spend the night at a grill.
The hardest part of hosting at home is that the host never sits down. We take the whole food problem off your plate — we arrive early, set up our own station and tent, and cook in front of your guests for three hours while you actually talk to the people you invited.
Kids and abuelas both eat happy. Tacos are easy to serve to a crowd with different tastes: pick three meats, and between the arroz, frijoles, guacamole, quesadillas and three salsas, nobody leaves hungry or picks around their plate.
Quinceañeras, graduations, birthdays and baby showers are most of what we do. We work around your timeline, keep the station tidy, box up the leftovers for you, and clean up our own setup before we go.
